You can find our rates published on our pricing page, even though you won’t find rates published on very many other I.T. services provider’s web pages. If you’re going to price match though, make sure you’re comparing apples to apples.

What We Don’t Have

Some I.T. firms have some extras that they have to pay for that we don’t:

  • A fancy office, or an office at all for that matter

  • Fancy cars with our name on them

  • Irrelevant certifications

  • Owners will expensive toys

All these things cost money, and for the most part don’t make a difference, except in in the expense column.

Regarding certifications, certifications and education are important, if your team is focused on the right stuff. For example, most kids learn Cisco in college, but micro-businesses never need the help of a Cisco Network Administrator. These days, even a certification in Microsoft Server will go largely unused, so why bother. A good certification would be in Microsoft 365 or Teams.

The Real Reason We Are Inexpensive

We started this company with the firm belief that micro-business weren’t getting a fair shake. We believed that if we focused on the right solutions and systems, eventually we would have enough customers to make a decent living. This is coming to fruition.

Also, I don’t feel the need to be super wealthy or ever retire. Yes, I want to live comfortably and travel and relax, but that can be done and I can keep my prices low. And if we can keep our prices low, then we can help more micro-businesses have a similar success, which is our ultimate goal.
